David G. Hardin specializes in the fields of wills, trusts, and estates, business law, and property law. His professional focus centers on providing guidance to both individual and corporate clients regarding estate and gift tax planning, estate management, real estate transactions, and the establishment and management of business entities. David is a distinguished member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He previously held the role of Chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Before assuming this position, he served as a Vice Chair of the Section for two terms. In his capacity as a former Chair, David holds a position on the Section's Board of Advisors.
