Biography

With over 25 years of experience, John F. Leone specializes in pensions, qualified retirement plans, estate planning, estate and trust administration, as well as residential and commercial real estate matters. He earned his J.D. and B.S. degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In his estate practice, John has effectively represented proponents of wills facing contests, contested wills on behalf of beneficiaries, and has pursued claims related to breaches of fiduciary duty by individuals utilizing a power of attorney for personal gain.
