Christopher Jude Pelli's Profile

Raised in the Mohawk Valley, I have been actively engaged in work from a young age, instilling in me the values of diligence and effective communication. During my time at Syracuse University School of Law, I gained valuable experience working at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, serving under the leadership of both Dennis Vacco and Elliot Spitzer. Following my graduation, I opted to delay taking the bar exam in order to participate in a specialized Criminal Law Clinic in Syracuse. In this clinic, I had the opportunity to represent underprivileged individuals under the guidance of esteemed Law School Professors. Shortly thereafter, I successfully passed the New York State bar exam on my first attempt and have since maintained a thriving solo legal practice. Throughout my career, I have advocated for numerous clients in a variety of personal injury cases, ranging from wrongful death and medical malpractice to slip and fall accidents and car collisions. Additionally, I have defended individuals facing a wide spectrum of criminal charges, from minor drug offenses to homicide. I have also been appointed multiple times to serve as a special prosecutor in Oneida County.
