Michael J. Garry. Hailing from Albany, New York and born on December 29, 1949, he was officially admitted to the bar in 1976 in the state of New York. He gained admission to the Federal District Court in the same year. Michael pursued his education at Boston College, earning a B.A. in 1972, and later graduated with a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1975. He served as an Assistant Public Defender in Albany County from 1976 to 1980. He holds memberships in the Albany County and New York Bar Associations, as well as the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association. Michael is authorized to practice in all courts within New York State and the United States District Court. He also serves as the Zoning Board Attorney for the Town of Colonie, handling a wide range of legal matters including General Practice in State and Federal Courts, Corporate and LLC Formation, Estate Planning, Probate, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Vehicle and Traffic cases, Liquor License Applications, and representing clients in Disciplinary Proceedings before the NY State Liquor Authority.
