Kevin Kessler - Experienced Lawyer in New York

Kevin Kessler is the creator of The Kessler Law Firm, but before establishing his own practice, he worked as a prosecutor for the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency. During his tenure at the Suffolk Traffic Agency, Mr. Kessler amassed substantial trial experience managing cases involving moving violations, equipment violations, and other traffic-related transgressions. Following his service at the Suffolk Traffic Agency, Mr. Kessler transitioned into private practice, focusing his professional endeavors on representing individuals facing criminal felonies, misdemeanors, violations, and traffic-related charges. Driven by his belief that every person is entitled to a just trial and due process, Mr. Kessler is dedicated to safeguarding his clients' fundamental rights. In cases where these rights are violated, he diligently pursues appropriate remedies on their behalf. A native of Long Island, Mr. Kessler obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2009 and was granted admission to practice law in New York State the subsequent year. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before attending law school, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Muhlenberg College in 2006. While at Muhlenberg, he excelled as a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team and proudly belonged to Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society.
