Shalini Natesan specializes in Business Law, Hospitality Law, Municipal Law, and Real Estate Law. With over a decade of experience in Corporate Law, she has managed various business affairs such as ownership transitions, buy-sell agreements, and the drafting of essential documents for business formations and transactions. She has also established subsidiary entities to oversee specific aspects of businesses across New York State and the Northeast region. Additionally, Shalini has adeptly navigated significant commercial real estate deals, including property sales, lease agreements, and representing banks. She has previously been involved in public finance transactions with various New York State agencies, authorities, and local development entities, as well as representing lenders in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 loan program.
Serving as the President of the Albany County Bar Foundation, Shalini Natesan generously contributes her time and legal expertise to support the community and assist those in need through her involvement in decision-making processes.
