Biography
Paula M. Barbaruolo, Esq. is the Lead Counsel of the practice, with more than 25 years of experience specializing in Bankruptcy and debt restructuring. Ms. Barbaruolo obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School. Since 2014, she has been a Part-Time Faculty member at Albany Law School, teaching courses on Consumer Bankruptcy. Ms. Barbaruolo frequently speaks on topics related to consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure prevention, and mortgage restructuring at various local bar associations, community organizations, and legal aid groups. She also contributes to the Local Rules Committee of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
