Robert F. Katzberg - Profile

With a long-standing tenure as a partner at Kaplan & Katzberg since its inception in 1977, Robert F. Katzberg has garnered recognition in esteemed publications such as The International Who’s Who of Business Defense Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers in New York (New York Magazine), and Super Lawyers, all within the realm of "white collar criminal" law. Noteworthy among his legal triumphs are the exoneration of Chicago attorney Richard Joseph in a groundbreaking currency transaction reporting case, the successful defense of Las Vegas businessman Andrew Hanna against federal RICO charges in Newark, New Jersey, and the acquittal of a real estate developer accused of extortion in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
