Victor Fusco, Esq. is the original member of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., a firm comprising 20 attorneys situated across 5 locations in Long Island, 4 in New York City, and also in Westchester. With nearly four decades of experience, the firm has effectively advocated for numerous individuals and their families in cases related to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, NYS & NYC Employee Civil Service Disability, Long Term Disability and ERISA claims, Veterans Benefits, and Personal Injury law. Victor Fusco served as the inaugural president of the NY Social Security Bar Association and has previously held the position of president at the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He previously hosted "Labor-Lines," a radio show that aired for 17 years on multiple stations in NY and Florida. Renowned as a sought-after speaker, Victor Fusco has authored numerous articles and manuals focusing on Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Media Relations.
