Kristin Marie Allen - New York Lawyer Profile

I am a native of Western New York. My father was the first in his family to pursue higher education and worked as a computer consultant during a time when computers were rare commodities, even in the corporate sector. My mother dedicated 45 years to her career as a cardiac nurse, serving at various local hospitals in the Western New York region. I distinctly recall the sense of accomplishment they derived from their hard work in providing for our family, and I am thankful for the values of diligence and pride they instilled in me. I earned my degree in Legal Studies from SUNY Buffalo in 1997 and subsequently completed my legal education at Albany Law School of Union University, graduating in 2000. For the past two decades, my legal practice has focused on Workers’ Compensation law. While I initially gained experience by representing insurance carriers, I eventually discovered my true calling when I transitioned to advocating for injured workers. Over the course of 15 years, I have been steadfast in my commitment to championing the rights of injured workers in Western New York, overseeing a law office in Batavia, NY for nearly ten years. Joining the Dolce Panepinto team has been an exhilarating opportunity for me.
