Biography
Patrick L. Falcon was raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey and attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel. He established Falcon Law Firm, LLC in 1995 with a primary focus on advocating for the rights of injured individuals, aiming to optimize settlement values to justly compensate clients for the injuries they sustained. Patrick has managed numerous personal injury cases across New Jersey, including matters in Atlantic County, Burlington County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Morris County, Ocean County, Somerset County, and Union County. He has secured millions of dollars in settlements for his clientele. Prior to commencing his legal practice, Patrick completed an internship at the federal public defender’s office in Trenton, New Jersey, under the guidance of the Honorable John Hughes, where he worked on complex criminal cases and attended multiple criminal trials. Throughout his law school years, he undertook assignments at Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dryer, specializing in asbestos defense work. This experience equipped him with the skills to handle intricate depositions and identify potential new defendants in legal cases. Post law school, he honed his expertise at Price Waterhouse, concentrating on intricate tax matters for international and commercial banks, and negotiating tax reductions with the IRS. Patrick was an early participant in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, collaborating with national law firms to secure substantial compensation for his injured clients. His diverse legal background enables him to pinpoint the strengths in his clients' cases and expose weaknesses in his opponents' arguments, all with the objective of optimizing his clients' settlements. In his leisure time, Patrick relishes moments with his wife and daughter, engages in weightlifting and running, and actively participates in his community. He previously served as Council President and Fire and Police Commissioner in the borough of Matawan, New Jersey. Patrick is also proficient in Spanish.
