Moshe Boroosan - Lawyer Profile

Moshe serves as the Managing Partner of Litigation at Consumer Attorneys PLLC. He has a strong history of advocating for consumers nationwide across various federal and state consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, Consumer Leasing Act, Federal Odometer Act, and Consumer Credit Fairness Act. Prior to his current role, Moshe worked with a prominent securities class-action firm, where he handled complex investor litigations against Wall Street entities accused of misconduct, resulting in substantial financial recoveries for both institutional and individual investors. Recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in the New York Metro area consecutively since 2018, Moshe actively participates in the New York State Bar Association and presently serves as the editor of NYLitigator, a publication of NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. Moshe obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
